Is CrewSafe a manufacturer, distributor or broker?
The easy answer is, all of the above. We manufacture proprietary products under Spellbound Development Group, Inc., our founding company and partner. We distribute our products, and those of our manufacturing partners, worldwide. We also broker products where feasible to provide the best possible costing efficiencies to our customers.
What happens if CrewSafe also purchases product from my current supplier?
CrewSafe has worked with its suppliers to create solutions to this issue. In many cases, we can work with the supplier to implement a seamless transition. In other cases, CrewSafe will remove itself from consideration in order to maintain the relationships so critical to the value we offer to all our customers.
Does my product specification have to match CrewSafe products specifications?
No. With most of our products, the supplier will work with us to accommodate your specification needs.
When I order products from CrewSafe, where will the deliveries originate?

Do orders have to be in full truckload quantities?
No. We will find the most efficient way to deliver practically any size load to our customers. Minimum order quantities have been established for each product and will be reviewed during your ordering process.
If we're interested in a product not found on the CrewSafe product list, will CrewSafe work with us to obtain it?
Yes. We can provide the necessary support to source just about any product that is available and, at competitive pricing.
Can we use our own freight carriers to transport product?
Yes. CrewSafe will work with you to determine the most effective and efficient way of delivering product.
Who will be responsible for servicing product purchased from CrewSafe?
All products manufactured under our CrewSafe name and Spellbound Development Group, Inc. shall be serviced by CrewSafe. In all other cases, the supplier of the product carried by CrewSafe will be responsible for servicing the product.
Are long-term contracts required?
No. However, to ensure best pricing and locking in of rates, it would be best to purchase under contract.
